All-on-6 is the same fixed-full-arch concept as All-on-4, but on six implants instead of four. The two extra implants spread the load more widely, which can mean greater stability and, for some patients, a more robust long-term result — particularly where there’s good bone to work with.
More implants aren’t automatically better; the right number depends on your bone volume, bite force and the size of the arch. All-on-6 is often recommended for the upper jaw or for patients with a heavy bite. A good clinic will recommend four or six based on your CT scan, not a sales target — and we help you sense-check that advice.

As with All-on-4: surgery and temporary teeth on the first short trip, a healing period, then the permanent bridge fitted on a second visit.

All-on-4 supports a full arch on four implants; All-on-6 uses six. The extra two spread the load and can add stability, especially in the upper jaw or for heavy bites.
Around £3,000–£5,000 per arch abroad, compared with £12,000–£16,000 in the UK.
It can be, because the load is shared across more implants. But for many patients All-on-4 is equally effective — the right choice depends on your bone and bite.
