All-on-4 anchors a complete arch of fixed teeth on four implants, two placed straight at the front and two angled at the back. The angled placement uses your existing bone cleverly, which often avoids the need for grafting and allows a fixed temporary set of teeth to be fitted quickly — sometimes the same day as surgery.
